Paris Baby!!!!!

Yesterday, before the crack of dawn, Jessie and I set off on our two month adventure.  The trek over the pond went quite well.  Both our flights took off and landed without a problem, and both of them gave us complimentary meals and satellite television.  For the 13 hours we were in the air, it was the life.  Once we landed it became a battle of fighting off the jet lag as long as possible.  We ended up doing quite well.  Only took an hour nap, and after posting this will be going to bed at a normal hour.  For our first day we went slow and steady, visiting only the Louvre to see our beloved Mona and other fun old time relics in that massive place.  She's quite the woman.  Tomorrow we plan on fullly seeing Paris, Rick Steves Style.  That is all for now.
Au revoir,
Nathan

  1. So cool that you guys are doing a blog for your travels! A suggestion for Paris: There is a tour of the underground sewage system that I saw a slide show of in one of my classes. It looked really cool, and they even had a gift shop. Nothing more romantic than a sewer tour!

  4. Though that would be fun, we both have run out of sightseeing mojo, and money for them. The sights are pricey over here. As a consolation prize we will sip some champagne today next to a really great site.
